  The YOYO Service. One moment up, next moment down. I never got my transponders after many calls and misleading wrong information leading to violations with SunPass. Wow folks, who is your leader? Get in the trenches to see what you get paid for! Was told in December my transponders were in the mail... meantime turned off my good transponders. Called first week in January- I was told they had just gone out, I would get them by Friday, if not call back... to "continue using my current transponders", supposedly now turned On, call them to deactivate and turn new ones on when received. Second week of January, no transponders... wait a few more days, "in the mail". Third week of January, -no transponders. This time they told me wait a few more days, "sorry", by the way transponders are now "off" (?). Meantime, I had been using toll roads. They could work with e-pass violations, I was on my own to deal with Sun-Pass. * If you can collect money from either identity on toll road, why can't you at least resolve issue's created internally? February -no transponders still. Was told it would be best to go in facility to pick up... what? They also made it sound like an isolated case, and now I see how they operate, Blind leading the blind. Bad customer service and unprofessional communication.

  Walked in right before closing and the lady behind the counter was very courteous and patient.
